Privacy policy
Ziyarex is run by Ziyarex Technologies Pvt Ltd, A31/128, Navapura Hanuman Phatak, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh 221001, India. This page says what we collect, why, and who else sees it. It covers ziyarex.com and everything on it. Last updated August 19, 2026.
The short version: most of the tools never send your file anywhere, there are no analytics scripts, no advertising and no third-party trackers, and the only cookie the site sets is the one that keeps you signed in.
Tools that never send us anything
The PDF editor, protect PDF, unlock PDF, the app icon generator and the screenshot resizer all run entirely in your browser. Your file is opened, worked on and saved by the page itself. It is never uploaded, so there is nothing for us to store, read, or lose. Close the tab and it's gone.
Tools that use the server, and what they send
ASO audit. You paste a public App Store or Google Play link. We fetch that public listing from Apple or Google, then send its text, icon and screenshots to a large-language-model provider to be graded. The listing is public information about an app, not about you.
An audit needs an account, so the finished report is saved to yours and you can reopen it without spending another credit. Re-auditing the same listing within the hour replays a short-lived cache of the report rather than running it again, and costs no credit.
We do not log or store your IP address for the audit tool.
Dynamic QR codes and smart links. We store the destination you set and the code or link itself, because that is the product. When someone scans or clicks, we record deliberately coarse statistics: country, city, device class, operating system and the referring site's hostname. We do not store the visitor's IP address, do not set a cookie on the redirect, and cannot identify individual scanners.
The edit token that lets you change a code's destination is kept in your own browser's local storage, under ziyarex.links.v1 and ziyarex.qr.v1. That list never leaves your device. Clearing your site data forgets it, which is why the recovery link is also shown as copyable text when you create one.
Accounts
An account exists for exactly one reason: a credit balance needs something to belong to. Nothing else on the site is gated, and the free tools never ask for one.
Signing in uses Google. We receive your name, email address and profile picture URL from Google, and nothing else. We never see your Google password.
Payments
Dodo Payments Inc. is the merchant of record for every purchase. They are the seller on the transaction, they take the payment, they calculate and remit sales tax, and they issue the invoice.
Card numbers never reach this site. What we store is the confirmation: a payment id, the amount and currency, which pack was bought, and a Dodo customer id so your purchases stay linked to your account. Your billing address and payment details stay with Dodo, under their privacy policy.
Cookies
One cookie: the session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is set only after you sign in, and signing out removes it.
There are no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking scripts anywhere on the site. We do not use Google Analytics.

Model providers are used to generate the audit. The listing sent to them is public information; no account data, payment data or uploaded file is ever sent to a model provider.
How long we keep things
Saved audit reports stay until you ask us to delete them. Purchase records and the credit ledger are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, because they're financial records. Scan and click statistics are aggregates with nothing personal in them.
What you can ask for
Email saifsiddiqui2409@gmail.com and we will, within 30 days:
- tell you what we hold about you,
- correct anything wrong,
- delete your account and your saved reports,
- send you your data in a portable format.
Deleting your account does not delete purchase records, which we're required to keep, but they are reduced to the transaction itself.
If you're in the UK or EU, our lawful bases are: contract for accounts, credits and purchases; legitimate interest for the coarse scan and click statistics, which are the least identifying way we could find to do the job; and legal obligation for financial records. You can complain to your national data protection authority.
If you're in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 applies. The email above is our grievance contact: write to it and we'll answer within 30 days, and if we don't you can escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
The site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If we change this materially we'll change the date at the top and, if you have an account, email you. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
