Terms of service
These are the terms you agree to by using ziyarex.com. The service is provided by Ziyarex Technologies Pvt Ltd, A31/128, Navapura Hanuman Phatak, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh 221001, India ("we", "us"). Last updated August 19, 2026.
What the service is
Ziyarex publishes free browser-based tools, and one paid tool: the ASO audit, which grades an app store listing and costs one credit per run. A full sample report is published on the tool's page so you can see the output before buying.
Free tools
The free tools are free, with no account, no watermark and nothing held back. They're provided as-is. Don't use them to break the law or someone else's rights — including using the PDF password tools on a document you have no right to open.
Accounts
You need an account only to hold credits. Give accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and don't share the account. You're responsible for what happens under it. We can suspend an account that's being used fraudulently or abusively.
Credits and payment
Credits are bought in packs, and one credit buys one ASO audit.
- Credits don't expire.
- A failed audit is never charged. If a run errors, the credit is returned
automatically.
- Credits are non-refundable. They have no cash value and aren't transferable
between accounts. See the refund policy.
- Prices shown on the site are in US dollars and inclusive of tax. Dodo may
charge in your local currency at their rate.
Dodo Payments Inc. is the merchant of record. Your purchase contract for the transaction is with Dodo; they issue the invoice and are the seller on your statement. Your right to use the service is governed by these terms with us.
What the audit is, and isn't
An ASO audit is a machine-generated opinion. It's specific and it's useful, and it is not a guarantee: it cannot promise a ranking, a download number or an App Store approval, and it can be wrong about taste. Every measurable fact in it (character counts, repeated words, rating volume) is computed rather than guessed, but the judgement around them is a model's. Treat it as a sharp second opinion. Decisions you make about your listing are yours.
Your content
Anything you paste, upload or create stays yours. We claim no ownership of your files, listings or the reports generated for you. You grant us only the permission needed to run the tool you asked for — fetch the listing, grade it, store the report against your account.
You confirm you have the right to submit what you submit.
Our content
The site, its copy, its design and its code are ours. The reports generated for you are yours to use however you like, including commercially.
Availability
We aim to keep the site up and don't promise to. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or because something upstream broke. We may change or withdraw a free tool at any time. If we withdraw the paid audit entirely, we'll refund unused credits.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law.
Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows: the service is provided "as is", without warranties; we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or lost rankings; and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.
Ending it
You can stop using the site whenever you like and delete your account by emailing us. We can suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. If we end it for a reason that isn't your breach, we'll refund unused credits.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of India, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction — except that if you're a consumer, you keep every right you have under the law where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes, and material changes are emailed to account holders. Changes never apply retrospectively to a purchase already made.
