Refund policy

Where the money goes and what happens if something breaks. Last updated August 19, 2026.

Credits are bought in packs for the ASO audit; everything else on the site is free and has nothing to pay for. Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments Inc. as merchant of record, who take the payment and issue the invoice.

Credits are non-refundable

A credit pack is a final sale. The balance is added to your account the moment the payment clears, which is the whole of what you bought, so there is no cooling-off window and no refunds for a change of mind or for credits you haven't got round to spending.

Two things soften that, and both are already true rather than promises:

• Credits never expire. They stay in your account indefinitely, so an unused

pack is delayed, not lost.

• A complete sample report is published on the tool's page, free and without

an account: a real audit of one of our own apps, run by the same code and scored honestly. Nothing is held back or watermarked. Read it before you buy and you know exactly what a credit gets you.

An audit that fails is never charged

This isn't a refund, it's simply not taking the money. A credit is reserved before an audit runs and returned automatically if the run errors, so a failed audit costs you nothing and there's nothing to claim.

If an audit is obviously broken rather than merely disappointing — the wrong app, an empty report, a score with no findings behind it — email us and we'll put the credit back. A report you disagree with isn't a fault: an audit is a machine-generated opinion, and the terms say so plainly.

Duplicate and mistaken charges

If you were charged twice for the same pack, or charged for something you didn't buy, that's an error and we'll refund it in full. Email us with the payment date and the email address you bought with; we reply within 2 business days. Dodo returns the money to your original payment method, and your bank then takes 5–10 business days.

Consumer rights

Nothing here reduces a right you have by law.

If you're a consumer in the UK or EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Credits are digital content supplied immediately: by buying them you ask for supply to begin at once and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right when it does. Where a statutory right nonetheless applies, it overrides this page.

Chargebacks

If a payment is reversed by your bank, the credits it bought are removed from your balance. Email us first — if something has genuinely gone wrong we'd rather fix it directly, and that is far faster than a chargeback.
